Cancellation policy:
When you telephone to book you will be asked to pay a deposit, usually 50% of the cost of your stay. This deposit is not refundable. However, if cancellation occurs prior to the day on which you are due to arrive you will not be asked to pay the balance due.

In the event of cancellation of just part of your booking, for example if you book three rooms or nights and cancel two, you would lose the part of your deposit attributable to the cancelled rooms or nights.
