Lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. Nice quiet surrounding area set back away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Facilities were very clean and inviting. I know where I'll be returning should I ever need to stay in Mansfield again.

A Fabulous Stay at Bridleways.
From the moment we arrived, Tracey met us at the door and was so welcoming. The room was a WOW factor, the feature wall was stunning of Sherwood Forest, everything you needed was in the room. The bed was just so comfy, our room had its own thermostat which you could control yourself, this was a special touch. Going down to breakfast on our first morning, we met owner Emyr, so friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast room was done out beautifully and wonderful choices on the breakfast menu. A super breakfast which set us up for the day. We had a fabulous stay at the guest house, great location and so peaceful. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be going back. Simply Well Done.
On arrival very clean and tidy. Greeted by the host and shown to room, comprehensive walk through with takeaways and local pubs mentioned. Rooms well equipped with everything I needed. Free Wi-Fi massive bonus as was still working. Good night’s sleep no noise. Shower was well received and easy to use. Again, very clean and tidy with a nice array of toiletries. Two types of breakfast offered I went for cooked and was simply sublime cooked perfectly again good array of Jams etc. fantastic, homely feel and a great price too.

Excellent stay, beautifully clean & quiet guest house.
Arrived with a lovely warm welcome, my bags were brought upstairs for me which was appreciated. My room was exceptionally clean with bathroom products and tea & coffee making facilities and biscuits.
Good choice of tv channels on a good-sized television. Bed was very comfortable.
A good choice for breakfast. I opted for smoked salmon & scrambled eggs which was delicious. If I am ever working here again, I will definitely come back to stay at this wonderful guest house.

Beautiful stay
From the moment we made contact regarding our booking, to check out and beyond (when items we left behind were kindly mailed to us) our experience was amazing and incredibly seamless. Emyr and Tracy are two of the kindest people we have ever had the privilege of meeting, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable.
The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Every detail has been considered, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We stayed with our little boys, and they were also catered for amazingly, our littlest even given a toy to play with in the highchair.
The guesthouse is also in a great location and in close proximity to local attractions such as Sherwood Forest visitor centre, Sherwood Pines, Vicar Water Country Park etc. We were visiting the area for my dad’s 60th birthday and they even provided a cake and card for him, such a special touch. Emyr and Tracy, thank you so much for making this special trip even more memorable. We will definitely be back!
